Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Solatera Home Services ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Solatera Home Services provides professional pest control services including but not limited to:
- Vole and gopher control and removal
- Japanese beetle treatment
- Ant and spider control
- Rodent control and exclusion
- Termite inspections and treatment
- Mosquito and wasp control
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on:
- Actual conditions discovered during the project
- Changes in material costs
- Additional work requested by the customer
- Unforeseen circumstances requiring additional labor or materials
Any changes to the original estimate will be communicated and approved by the customer before work proceeds.
Scheduling and Access
Customers agree to provide reasonable access to the property for the completion of services. This includes:
- Ensuring work areas are accessible and clear of obstacles
- Providing access to electrical outlets as needed
- Securing pets during service appointments
- Notifying us of any changes to scheduled appointments at least 24 hours in advance
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Generally:
- A deposit may be required for larger projects
- Final payment is due upon completion of work
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Late payments may be subject to additional fees
Warranties and Guarantees
Solatera Home Services stands behind our work with:
- Workmanship Warranty: 5-year warranty on installation workmanship
- Material Warranties: As provided by manufacturers
- Satisfaction Guarantee: We will work to resolve any issues to your satisfaction
Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of nature, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solatera Home Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Insurance and Licensing
Solatera Home Services maintains appropriate insurance coverage and holds all required licenses to perform pest control services in Colorado. Proof of insurance and licensing is available upon request.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about their property and needs
- Disclosing any known hazards or conditions that may affect the work
- Obtaining any necessary permits (unless otherwise agreed)
- Reviewing and approving completed work
Cancellation Policy
Scheduled appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
For projects where materials have been ordered, cancellation may result in forfeiture of any deposits paid to cover material costs.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Colorado law.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
